At our Sonoma County distillery within the Redwood Empire – we meticulously select our best barrels from each distilling season. We have an ever growing a stock of 10,000+ barrels, the largest in California, so selecting our favorites is a truly like finding a needle in a haystack.
In this rare online release, we’ve decided to take 2 barrels of 14-year-old bourbons and finish them in apple brandy casks.
An enticing combination of flavors, currant preserves spread over a warm apple scone stimulate the palate with a length espresso finish.
